Preparing for College
What does it mean to prepare for college? Whether you've already submitted your applications or are just starting the college search process, there are plenty of things you can do now in order to gain admission to the college of your choice. More students are applying to college than in any other time in history. That means more competition. Good grades will, of course, improve your chances of admission at any college or university but schools are looking at more than just your academic transcript and standardized test scores. The level of difficulty of your high school curriculum along with extracurricular activities, work experience and any special circumstances surrounding your application are all key factors in making an admission decision.

Get involved. Study hard. Be part of your community. These are just some of the things you can do now to increase your chances of admission to the school of your choice.

Read the articles below for more details on how you can better prepare yourself for college today.
